New Rental with A/C for the 2024 Summer Season. Lakefront home with breathtaking sunrises overlooking Lake George. This private home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus 1 half bath. Caldwell Circle Retreat is the place you want to be to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub on the deck or sweat out the toxins in the outdoor barrel sauna. First floor includes; master bedroom, large closet space, attached full bathroom. Down the hall is a half bath for guest use. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped Kitchen. Living room sliding glass doors walkout to the expansive deck overlooking Lake George. Relax with a book on the outdoor furniture or grill up some delicious food after a day on the boat. A laundry room completes the first floor.

Second floor includes an additional master-like bedroom with ensuite, and two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Linens and towels are included.

A private U-shaped dock that can accommodate a boat of up to 30’ max. Owners keep a boat and sailboat at dock. Easy summer living on the best lake in the World! 2 Kayaks for guests use.
