This freshly renovated house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable & memorable.
Location is everything... waterfront restaurants, beaches, tiki bars & grills, live music for all ages, and ice cream shops Plus, let's not forget about shopping. Close by is downtown Englewood, Port Charlotte (which has a mall), Punta Gorda, and a short drive to Venice. And a little bit of everything for all.
Grocery stores are close and have everything you might need food, drinks, toys, and beach items as well: Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, Target, and more. You are only minutes to Beautiful Englewood Beach on Beach Road, with 4 restaurants right across the street - The Waverly restaurant, Lock & Key Bar & Grill, The Sand Tiki Bar& Grill (most of the time has live music on the weekends as well as The Elephant Bar right next door. You can walk to all of them). The Twisted Folk is a short drive from the house and has good food & live music. You must try the Pork Wings... Yum!! and right across from the fairgrounds that have concerts, flea markets, events, boat shows and so much more. Farlows on the Water -with a view of the water and good food. Most of the restaurants are family owned - there are big chain restaurants - Starbucks, Mcdonald's, Burger King, Papa Johns's, etc. Beaches, Sand, Sunset, and great sunny days waiting for you.
Englewood Beach (2100 Beach Rd - 7 miles), Stump Pass Beach State Park - (900 Gulf Blvd - 7 1/2 miles), Gasparilla Island LIght house & Boca Grande Beach (220 Gulf Blvd - Boca Grande - 15 miles) Don Pedro Island State Park ( 8350 Placida Rd - 6 miles) A beach theme is the feel of the house without all the sand. This ranch-style house has the master suite on one side and the guest rooms & bathroom on the other. We are located in East Englewood, FL 7 miles away is Englewood Beach and 14 miles is Boca Grande Beach which has a golf course close by.
Enjoy The whole house and relax. If there are extra blankets and pillows let us know. We have beach chairs, noodles, a cooler, and a beach umbrella.

Great home away from home

I absolutely love the setup, comfort, convenience and location of this property. The lenai and pool area was definitely a bonus to be able to enjoy some water without having to travel to the beach. We also were able to grill some food and just relax at the house. The absolutely wonderful host left clear instructions for everything (did have to ask about heating the pool a bit more but that was no problem) and answered the many questions that we had. We stayed from April 5 -11th 2024 and would definitely recommend this rental.

We are natives of cold weather with warm weather running in our veins. Love living on a lake in CO but always looking forward to warm weather is what brought us to FL. The Englewood area stole our hearts along with the people, the beaches, the sunsets, the live music for all ages, and being so close to everything you can think of. We always vacation someplace warm which brought us to Manasota Keys beach back in 2018 and being on the island for 10 days we were hooked. We started looking for a place 3 or was it 4 years ago (hard to tell as you will find when you are here - time flies by so fast your going to want to book a few extra days just to unwind). We found this gem, fixed it up a bit, and then decided to share it with others. We hope you enjoy the peacefulness of the pool, Lanai and canal has to offer as well as everything you can do that is just minutes away.

Large Lanai lodging is on a quiet street that backs to a canal. A great place to recharge after a full day at the beach or on the golf course, fishing or shopping. Now the big question do I grill in or dine out? We love doing both and we know you will too.
