Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open concept dining and living area overlooking 11th Ave with a private balcony so you can enjoy as much as you want of all the bustling activity that the Gulch has to offer! To the right of the kitchen, there is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

Also, to the right when you enter the space, you'll have a private hallway with a washer/dryer, so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville with ease knowing you don't have to worry if you were to need it!

The spacious first bedroom is the room to the left of the open concept living room with a modern and bright feel and a large walk in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam queen with an extra blanket for your comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom, to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio, also has a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom as well, providing both bedrooms with their own private double vanity bathroom experience.

Nice room plenty of space. Parking was a little harder later in the night we never could park on the level we were on so we always had to use the elevator to get to our level. It’s located in a nice area.

We loved staying in The Gulch! Walking distance from Broadway and across the street from Biscuit Love. Great restaurants and bars near the apartment that aren't as crazy as on Broadway.

Perfect location minus the train

Everything was exactly as advertised and I would definitely stay here again. Once we found a box fan in the closet to use as a noise machine to drown out the trains out the window and turned the blinds the other way so the morning sun didn't hit our faces we had a much better night 2 of sleep.

Perfect Location

Our stay in The Gulch was lovely. The condo was pretty and well appointed and the location was perfect! Many shops and restaurants were closeby and it was a very nice 20 minute walk to Broadway! You won't be disappointed. We'll definitely visit again!

Great location

It was a nice stay in the Gulch for our daughter’s 21 birthday. The condo unit had all the basics for having a home feel away from home. The property has a great gym, nice pool and gated parking. There’s an amazing coffee machine in the common area along with a pool table and shuffle board. It’s .8 mile to Broadway and we walked there and back in the evening- very safe. It’s close enough to some really good restaurants. I thought we were going to experience some negatives being right next to the freight tracks but it was very little noise. I would stay here again!

The property was exactly as described, and all the check-in and check-out instructions were detailed, organized, and easy to follow, which made the entire process seamless.One of my favorite amenities was the ability to do laundry on-site. Being able to head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes is an underrated luxury and made traveling home so much easier!The apartment does overlook a train yard, and there is noticeable activity throughout the stay. If you’re sound-sensitive, this might be something to consider. However, it was not overwhelming, and the overall quality of the stay far outweighed the sounds of the trains.I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily book again. Highly recommend!
