Cabana room and 1/2 bath off the new saltwater pool. 7 Night Minimum.
There is a separate rental for the boat slip at the property. It’s $3.50 per linear foot per day, at a 30-foot minimum. = $735 for a 7-day rental minimum. A smaller or larger boat can be accommodated, but the rate is for 30’ minimum. 50-amp power is $30 a day, $210 for 7-day rental minimum, if needed. Let us know if you are planning on bringing your boat, its size and if you will be bringing it on a trailer. There is room to store the trailer on the gated property.
This property is equidistant from the little fishing village of Port Salerno and quaint downtown Stuart. You can easily bike ride to either.
Enjoy "the Salt Life" in Port Salerno which has a Key West feel with waterfront restaurants and art galleries. Shrimpers and Twisted Tuna are favorites on the water, but there's also The District on A1A, a very nice farm-to-table restaurant.
Downtown Stuart also has a casual feel, but with a little bit more upscale shopping and even more waterfront restaurants, The Boathouse, Waterfront Bar, Hudson's on the River, Spritz Bistro Cafe, Riverwalk Oyster Bar. Lots of other good restaurants along Flagler and Osceola Streets, too. The Gafford!
Enjoy dinner and a show when you take in a show at the famous Lyric Theater in downtown Stuart.

About the host
Hosted by Julia C. Sansevere, PA

My husband and I love to renovate old homes. We live in New England on the coast in the summer months and until recently we lived in Key West during the winter.
We were drawn to Stuart and relocated to Stuart to be closer to our grandchildren. We fell in love with Stuart for many reasons.
We love being on the water, and my husband is a professional angler. We chose Stuart because the St Lucie Inlet is very user-friendly, compared to the Jupiter Inlet where our grandchildren live.
We decided to share our beautiful home on VRBO, because we spend our summer months in New England on the coast. We hope you choose our property for your next vacation!!!
Why they chose this property
The location of our home is on Willoughby Creek. We have a western exposure on the back of the property that overlooks the water, providing magnificent sunsets. In the morning and throughout the day, there is endless amount of activity on the water. Jumping fish, manatees, dolphins, beautiful birds, herons, egrets, pelicans as well as ospreys and we even see pink flamingos!!! You can even catch snook right off the dock. With almost an acre of land and a security gate at the entrance of the property, privacy is unparalleled.
What makes this property unique
We are on a very quiet horseshoe shaped street that is traveled only by our neighbors, but once you leave our street, we have every convenience needed just a few minutes away by car. There are sidewalks, which allow for beautiful walks, runs and bike rides to the historic downtown of Stuart which is filled with so many restaurants and boutiques. A ten-minute ride brings you to several gorgeous beaches that have free parking, bathhouses, beautiful shells and are dog friendly. Another wonderful area to explore is Port Salerno, a five-minute car ride, or ten-minute boat ride from our home. There you will find an "Old Florida" Key West salty vibe. Several restaurants there provide free transient docking. The many local charter boats for hire and a small commercial fishing fleet make this area a boater's paradise. There are several tidal spits, also known as "The Sandbar", where you can anchor your boat, minutes from our home as well, which allow for a beautiful day on the water.
Traveling to the Bahamas is a breeze from our property. We have practically forgotten about Key West!!!
