The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Check out is at 11am. Your entry code will expire at your designated check out time. We understand that travel plans change so if you need a late check out, please let us know. The fee is $40/hour.
-Used towels can be placed on the floor. -Make sure any furniture that was moved is replaced to original position. -Make sure you return the garage door opener back to the property before you leave.
-Do not remove any items from the property, this includes towels, linens, blow dryers, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items. An inventory of every item will be taken to ensure all items are present.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please treat our property with respect, remember this is a home and not a hotel. Do not damage property or remove any items from the home.
Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or any other substance inside the home. No exceptions. Quiet hours are from 10pm till 7am.
Please do not access the locked closet next to the guest bath on the second floor and the closet in the garage. The owner’s items are stored there.

Very nice place

The house was very clean and met all of our needs. The property manager was very responsive as well. We enjoyed our stay. I was a little concerned when we first pulled into the neighborhood as many of the houses surrounding the rental are old and not well taken care of, but we felt safe the whole time, it was convenient to the downtown area and I would recommend it.

The property was very clean and was located within 20 mins of everything Houston has to offer. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Also offered a personal chef which made one less thing we had to worry about during our stay, she was also very amazing and the food was very satisfying. I would recommend them 10/10 times

Great Property and Host...

Great property. When I visit Houston again, this property will be my first choice for sure. I would call the property a diamond in the rough. It wasn't located in the best neighborhood; but the neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. It was reasonably priced. Close to the hot spots in Houston. It was four levels including the top terrace; enough space to move around. If you have an elder or older adult with your group, I suggest you be considerate and set them up in the ensuite on the first floor. The place was modern and well decorated from the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and baths. The Host were outstanding. No complaints. They communicated well, and had the property set up to welcome my Family perfectly. We didn't want for anything. As we say in the Military, 'Bravo Zulu '. Meaning a job well done. Thank you for making my Family feel welcome in Houston. We shall return. 😊 Blessings.

I Wish there were more stars

Part of me doesn't want to give this a great rating because it might make it difficult for me to schedule another stay because everyone will be trying to get there! This condo was PERFECT! The host curated a fabulous space. Everything we needed that should have been there was there. More than enough towels, nicely decorated and Comfortable! We travel and stay in vrbo spaces quite often and this space has been one of the absolute best. A previous reviewer mentioned that the neighborhood was a bit suspect. It is definitely in need of some love but it's an older community so I would call it character. I was able to take advantage of the wonderful 5 mile walking/ biking trail just steps from the condo door. The garage was great and made coming and going easy and felt safe. It was a quiet area anna the rooftop patio was a Godsend! We took advantage of it every night when we returned. We have family there and will DEFINITELY try to stay here every time we are in Houston! You will not be disappointed!
