Purchased condo as I came to Houston on business often. Since retirement I don't come as often but love the condo, building and the area. Have the unit on short term rental in order that I can come over and enjoy the facility.

Very close to the downtown entertainment/arts and business area. Situated in the lovely Heights neighborhood along with close proximity to area parks and hike and bike trails
