DINING AREAS and KITCHEN
Gather around this large, beautiful dining table (seats 8) and make meals and memories to last a lifetime! You will appreciate the open concept design of this home as you’re easily serving up delicious meals to your friends and family at the kitchen island as well as the formal dining room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a plethora of small kitchen appliances, cookware, and more!

LIVING ROOM
The downstairs living room features two large couches that seat 6 comfortably. There is a large, 55” flat screen TV with a Roku device.

GAMES ROOM
The kid’s (and men’s) favorite room: the Game Room! This Game Room features a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball table and darts!

UPSTAIRS LOFT - THE RETREAT
Oh, the loft! This room features a not only beautiful, but comfortable, sectional couch! The loft is truly a retreat for a single or couple to relax while part of the group is away or in another part of the house. 50” flat screen TV. This TV is also set up with a Roku device.

LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.

POOL and SPA/HOT TUB
Loved by all is the private, east facing pool and spa/hot tub. Relax on one of the 4 sun loungers or enjoy al fresco dining (dining set for 6)!
* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.
* Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 100-102 F.
* Pool heat timer runs from 7am - 11pm.

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.

The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.

Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!

* If you would like an earlier check in or a later check out, please inquire at least 72 hours prior (fees may apply).

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
