This 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style is on a flat lot with a small branch in in the back. There is a King sized bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and there is queen bed in the third bedroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen for eating in or it's close enough to town to dine out if you prefer. Sip your coffee while you listen to nature wake up in the morning.

It was a great place to stay for 4 days. Very nice, quiet and peaceful. The photo makes the parking lot look level. However, it is not. It slopes some going downhill. It was still good parking for 4 vehicles.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
