Bright studio guesthouse with panoramic views

Studio guesthouse with sweeping panoramic views, tons of natural light, birds, butterflies and bees. It is a quiet sanctuary in a residential neighborhood, with large sliding glass doors opening to a private large deck. The private guesthouse is about 500 sq/ft and has it's own entrance. We are a 20 minute drive from lake Merritt, and close to lots of hiking trails: Chabot Regional Park, Redwood Regional Park and Knowland Park 1.5 miles away above the Oakland Zoo.
Just a 5 minute drive to 580 and 19 miles to San Francisco
