Surrounded by lush evergreen trees in the front and side of property with seasonal trees and foliage in the backyard that provide plenty of privacy, this quaint property is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and Twin Lakes tourism. Fish off the private dock, lounge by the lake or shove off at the nearby boat launch. Simply enjoy the overall scenery whichever time of the year you choose to visit. It will be a relaxing experience where you may enjoy the outdoors by the water, on the balcony or in the patio and garden areas.
Inside the home, you will find a cozy open layout allowing for easy flow between the living and dining/kitchen areas, which makes it perfect for spending time with loved ones. Or, you may opt for quiet time and retreat to the lower level den and/or its walk-out patio. The adjacent garden and the sound of wild birds will welcome you outside.
The house features multiple rooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. It contains all your basic necessities to start you off. Overall, it is an ideal get-away location that encourages relaxation yet it is close to a variety of local shopping and attractions for when you desire to be more active. Like golf? Amusement park? Winery?... each only 10 minutes away!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Additional $10 fee per person, per day for guests beyond (8), MUST BE PAID at the time of booking to avoid an additional flat charge of TBD which is assessed to cover Vrbo imposed fees (taxes, etc.). "Cleaning fee" is for general housekeeping between guests, i.e., sanitize surfaces, wash linens, restock, etc. You are expected to be mindful of this & to clean-up after yourself as would in own home.

Why they chose this property
We enjoy the quiet (lack of traffic), seeing a variety of birds (and deer during winter), hearing the sounds of nature, local taverns accessible by short walk, Walmart, Kroger, ACE, and other shops nearby but not too close and availability of a variety of entertainment points (downtown, Indiana Beach, sports bars, etc.) all within short distance!
What makes this property unique
The property is two lots large with an abundant front yard and plenty of distance from neighbors on each side to provide privacy. The back yard has an open grass space amenable for outdoor games, a garden, patio and stairway to the (Tippecanoe River)/beginning of Lake Freeman. Dockside has a large grassy area with bench and lounge chairs to hang out by the water!
