Majestic Overlook by Beyond Expectations is a well-appointed 4BR/5BA Smoky Mountain cabin for up to 11 guests. Perched above the clouds near Pigeon Forge, this fully furnished retreat features panoramic views, a private hot tub, game room, and access to a seasonal community pool. With four spacious suites, multiple decks, and upscale finishes, it’s the perfect escape for families or groups seeking comfort, adventure, and unforgettable mountain scenery.

Majestic Overlook Cabin is located in the beautiful Grandview Resort. As you enter the resort, Wahoo Ziplines is situated at the entrance, along with the community pool. Enjoy all the amenities the resort offers, to include sports pool, hot tub, and the kiddie pool with splashing spout water! Although Wahoo Ziplines is a separate entity, they kindly offer our guests 50% off of ziplining during your stay. Resort Pool is Open Memorial Day until Labor Day from 8am-9pm.

The open-concept main floor welcomes guests with a spacious living room featuring plush seating, a stone fireplace, and large windows framing breathtaking Smoky Mountain views. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. A full bath and dining area complete the main level, offering a warm and inviting space for gathering.

Upstairs, two suites each offer king beds, private en-suite bathrooms, and access to a shared game room outfitted with a pool table, video game console, and additional sleeping space—perfect for kids or teens. Downstairs, two more suites provide privacy and comfort, each with en-suite baths and direct access to a lower deck overlooking the mountain range.
