Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time - 11:00am Make sure all keys are returned to the drawer. There will be a fee if they are lost, misplaced or ruined. Make sure the sliding glass door & entrance door is closed and locked
Please leave a ceiling fan running on low but not any lights! Any loose food is thrown away to prevent attracting any insects. Also that no water is running or appliances.

Everything was great! It was the perfect space and clean. I had the perfect view and the pools were wonderful too. The host was very responsive and helpful. I felt safe at all times. One week visit. Security gated condominiums. Stay was comfortable and felt safe at all times. Condo was small but clean. Owner was easy to contact and communication was very good. Would consider staying again if ever in the area.

We had an amazing time! It was our first time on the island. Luke's instructions and recommendations were on point. It was awesome to have 3 pools to choose from. The condo was perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay with some logistics hiccups

We really enjoyed our stay in Regatta’s Island Time Getaway despite some logistics hiccups. Most concerning was a water leak in the living room during a heavy rain but owner said it would be fixed soon!

Great breeze & view

This studio has a nice location right above the ocean. The breeze is fantastic. We loved hearing the water on the rocks and watching the boats go by. There are very pretty sunsets and we even saw some cruise ships pass early in the morning when they were getting ready to go to port and leaving in the evening.The studio is very well-equipped, peaceful, and comfortable. Luke made check-in so easy. We enjoyed our stay and really recommend this place.
