Welcome to The Saint Charles! Your stay will be in a beautifully appointed carriage house nestled among the trees. Enter through a private entrance and walk up a flight of stairs to arrive in a bright studio with all the amenities you might need to enjoy your stay. Take advantage of the central location to walk or drive to Ponce City Market, the Beltline, parks, bars, and restaurants. Work remotely or quickly travel to hospitals, universities and coworking spaces.

The rental includes a full kitchen, bistro dining table and chairs, living area with a TV, full bathroom, dedicated workspace, queen-sized sleeping area, walk-in closet and washer / dryer.

Traveling with your young child? We also provide a playpen, changing pad and a bathtub. The space has also been child-proofed to prevent any accidents.

Patrick and I are easy-going and fun people. We enjoy travel, especially road trips and are usually up for an adventure. Our current adventure is our two young boys and dog! Now with short-term rentals on our property, we've loved meeting the warm and kind guests that we've had the pleasure of hosting.

Why they chose this property

Virginia Highlands is a historic neighborhood, originally a street car suburb, with walkable, tree-lined streets, and 1920’s bungalow houses. It’s northeast of Downtown Atlanta and ¼ mile from Midtown/Atlanta Beltline. We relocated here from NYC and gravitated to the walkability and charm of the area.

What makes this property unique

The Saint Charles is unlike any short-term stay you'll have in Atlanta. It's a private, impeccably designed apartment that is bathed in natural light on a gorgeous, tree-lined historic street. It has all the amenities you could need for a longer stay including washer/dryer and kitchen items for a full meal. And what truly sets it apart is that you are within a 5-minute walk of delicious restaurants, cool bars and great coffee shops. This rental can't be beat.
