5 Star Luxury Condo with Awesome Ocean View!

Luxury ocean front condo in a first class mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided. The unit features U.S. Network programming and a 50in plasma TV, high speed Internet, free US phone service, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators. The unit is managed by Chris and Victoria. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel in the building. We offer optional concierge services such as Airport assistance, grocery shopping and cook service; please contact us for more information on how we can accommodate your needs.

Before every new arrival we will do a deep cleaning, sanitizing all the areas in the condo. We offer maid service once a week during your stay during which our housekeeper Martina will be using gloves and a mask.

Our housekeeper will clean only ONE condo per day. In this way we decrease the amount of contact with other guests in the building. We will do our best to leave a day between guests whenever possible.

For your safety we are leaving spay disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

About Us: This beautiful condo is managed by Victoria Jackson and Chris Crew. We live in Cozumel full time and reside at Palmar. We are a small management company and pride ourselves on attention to detail.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We walked across the street most days to eat breakfast and then later for drinks and dinner at Sunset. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The pool was very large and well maintained with plenty of chairs and covered areas. We will be back to this condo in the future.

Great place to stay

This is our third year diving in Cozumel. This condo has a Great View. Great Location. We will certainly by back. Exactly as represented. We had absolutely no issues, but if we did the management is immediately and readily accessible. We highly recommend. 5 star for sure.

This condo was luxurious and spacious and had well appointed furnishings. The views from the balcony were incredible and the kitchen had good quality kitchen pots/pans etc. We used the lovely pool and hot tub every day. The owners were very helpful when we had questions about logistics and things to do in the area. We'd definitely return.

Amazing Vacation

What a wonder condo and vacation. Elizabeth and Matt have done a wonderful job, and their "welcoming" gifts were very much appreciated. The condo has wonderful views of the pool area and the cruise ships coming in. Some of the best snorkeling on the island was in front of the condo. The Money Bar was one of our favorites for everything. I would without hesitation recommend this condo to anyone. We can hardly wait to return with our family.

Gorgeous condo in our favorite building

We absolutely love Cozumel and Palmar for an annual, long girls weekend. This was our first stay in this beautifully-appointed condo and we'd gladly return. The owners and hosts have anticipated all your needs and enhance your stay with upgrades like new linens, a complete kitchen, the grill and welcome package. The weather was horrible while we were there but all the more excuse to stay in with margaritas and lots of catch-up talk. Be sure to visit the terrific restaurants in town and support the local economy. Cozumel is friendly, increasingly foodie and wonderful!

We have been going to Cozumel for 15 years and stayed at many different places from all inclusives and different condos including others in El Palmar. This condo is the best in El Palmar and Matt and Elizabeth are very good and ensuring that your stay is excellent. Perfect in every way

We completely enjoyed are stay at Palmar and the condo was perfect in every way. Matt and Elizabeth made everything about our arrival easy with great communication and even a welcome basket upon arrival. We had everything we needed in the condo and some, it is very well equipped. The location of the building is perfect, convenient to town but in a very quiet area with great dining within a very short walk. This is now our spot in Cozumel and we look forward to returning soon. Wonderful vacation!

This was our first time staying at Palmar and the condo was great! Very spacious with lots of room for 4 adults. They had plenty of beach towels and masks and snorkels to use. The overall facility is very clean and we enjoyed having the cabanas at the pool and used the workout room. We usually stay further south on the island, but really like this location for it's easy access to the street and short walks to restaurants and water front bars to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. The balcony was a great spot to hang out and enjoy the sunset and watch the cruise ships leave in the evening. While it is a busy area during the day, it is surprisingly quiet in the evening. It's also a short drive into town for groceries and dinner out. We highly recommend this condo and will stay here again in the future!

Cozumel - Palmar

Property was outstanding. Staff were amazing - super friendly. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, that being said the weather was terrible everywhere in the world that week, so what can you do. The property was that much more appreciated because of this as we had terrific shelter, the condo was very well maintained (albeit with a great tv/cable package), great laundry facilities, strong/stable WiFi, kitchen super well supplied with everything we needed to weather the storm. When the sun broke out, the pool was first rate and lots of bars, restaurants within walking distance. Owners were awesome, locals welcoming. We would come back again without question - Chris and Victoria - thanks so much for having us as guests. We had a great week regardless of the weather, Cozumel is a lovely place. Loved the property!! Again - Thank You!!

Fantastic Condo

I enjoyed a wonderful 3 week stay at Elizabeth’s and Matt’s 4th floor spacious condo. My wife and friends who joined me during the stay also thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the condo – it’s extremely well equipped, fully decorated with a high level of maintenance. All the little extras that are not normally provided by owners were there as well as a very nice starter package of goodies. Very convenient to local bars and restaurants so you don’t have to go far to enjoy a drink or meal. We enjoyed some great drinks and hospitality at Ernesto’s and La Hach. With the fully equipped kitchen and also an outdoor grill and large balcony, you can also enjoy eating in. A couple of large food markets are a taxi ride away or a 45 min. walk. The Palmar condo complex is very well maintained and groomed. I loved the pool area. In summary, a great place to stay in Cozumel with great owners/ managers.

Home away from home!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The views are stunning, the decor is lovely, and everything we needed was provided! We appreciated all the thought that went into making sure all the things we would need (and may have forgotten to pack) were there for us! The condo was clean and clutter free... everything had a place and that organization made life easier while we were there! We had one minor issue (our fault) and the response time was head spinning! No sooner did I send off a message was someone at the door to fix it. Being right across the street from a pier for dive pick-up made this the ideal location for us! Loved that there was a fresh-water wash tank on site to clean our gear too. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

Perfect in every way....

We spent another wonderful time at Elizabeth and Matt’s condo this past August. It is THE place to stay in Cozumel if you want comfort, cleanliness and convenience. This is our 3rd year staying at this condo and we’re already trying to figure out our timing for 2017. The condo comes fully equipped and stocked with the various cleaning sundries (paper, dish and clothes washing soap, etc.) that you will need for your stay. The beds and furniture (inside and out) are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and spare linen provided. The outdoor patio, as you can see from the website pictures, is spacious and overlooks the Palmar pool as well as the busy and beautiful Cozumel sea. We spent our non-diving time at the pool or on the patio reading or watching the activities on the water. The condo is walking distance to nearby restaurants in either direction and is not that far a walk to downtown (even if you have to take a taxi back with your groceries). The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your own meals and there is a nicely sized gas grill on the patio. Enjoy your stay as we thoroughly did.

The very best place to stay in Cozumel........

We had the pleasure of staying at Elizabeth and Matt’s Palmar condo for a month this past July/ August – our 2nd year of doing so. The condo was immaculate as usual and continues to be kept in top condition. It is a comfortable living arrangement with a well equipped kitchen and modern appliances, all in great working order. With the outdoor grill, you have everything needed to prepare meals or you can wander to a number of established and pleasant restaurants/ bars nearby. The clothes washer/ dryer always comes in handy for long or short stays. There are plenty of little touches provided that will make you feel at home and not have to worry about going out and shop for sundries like paper goods or soap. The welcome basket is a treat. Due to the condo’s location, you don’t need to rent a car – you can walk or take an inexpensive taxi to get your groceries or go to town. The Palmar complex has wonderful amenities including a great pool, hot tub and sun deck but you’ll find yourself enjoying the condo’s huge 4th floor balcony for breakfast, lunch (if you’re around)), evening cocktails and/or dinner. Elizabeth and Matt are quick to respond to any questions. In summary, it’s a real treat to stay at their condo. Yes, we’ll be back, next year’s travel plans permitting.

Perfect as Always

Our 5th year in a row staying in this condo and this time stayed for two months. Elizabeth & Matt are exceptional hosts insuring that everything was perfect for our arrival and they continued to make sure all was fine throughout our stay. The condo is spacious, bright, beautifully appointed with high quality furniture, appliances and décor. The best part is the view. How good can it be when you open your eyes in the morning and can see the cruise ships arriving without having to get up! You will never find a better spot to watch the evening sunsets. After travelling from early morning it was great to arrive with the cupboards and fridge stocked. Just send a list and Elizabeth will take care of it! For anyone with mobility issues the condo is one level, smooth floors, wide doors and the building, including pool access, is completely handicap friendly. The condo is perfect for 4 people (everybody has their own bathroom) and the pull out couch is comfortable for extra guests if needed. The wireless internet and satellite were exceptional (unless weather related) which was very important to us to have access to keep in touch with the business at home and to watch hockey!! The complex amenities and grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff of maintenance, security and especially Martina, our sweetheart cleaning lady, are always friendly and ready to assist if necessary. The pool and area is huge and fun for any age and the hot tub is actually hot. It's a great meeting place and many friends are made while soaking up the sun. The location is excellent. It is close enough to downtown if you choose to walk and far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. You can walk down the street anytime of day or night and it is completely safe. We found the grocery stores had everything we needed and when we didn't want to cook restaurants of all descriptions are plentiful and close by. For the fitness enthusiasts the workout room and tennis court is right there to enjoy and a nice jog down the street early morning or in the evenings was quite common. We can't say enough about this condo, it meets our needs and more. It is great for couples, families or friends to enjoy a well deserved vacation without concern. We are so looking forward to returning for year #6!! Thank you Matt & Elizabeth
