Beautiful mountain views and only 100 miles from Atlanta, Greenville, and Asheville and 1.5 miles from the NC state line. Suitable for a family of four, or up to four adults. Included with a stay is access to the resorts amenities and within a short drive there's plenty to do from hiking waterfall trails in the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, fishing, whitewater rafting, zip lining to antique shopping.

Great cabin! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Cabin is well appointed and has everything you need for a quick trip or a long stay. The RV resort is so clean with a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Owner was responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. Would love to stay again.

We had a great stay in a great location. The cabin is well decorated and very clean. We especially enjoyed the screen porch for enjoying the cool morning temperature. It is located close to Clayton Ga and Franklin and Highlands, NC so it provides so many places to shop and eat. We would definitely recommend !

Great Cabin

Enjoyed my stay! So clean and peaceful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Friendly campers all around you. Can’t wait to go back to the Sparrow Cabin!

Perfect little cabin

We had a quick weekend stay for an event in the area! The host was absolutely amazing to work with. We had last minute travel changes due to the interstate closing. The host was just SUPER to work with and our stay was delightful! The cabin was perfect, super clean, loved the vibes from it! The screened in porch was awesome for evening relaxation. I would 10 out of 10 recommend and would stay again if I’m in the area. Thank you so much!!

The cabin was very cute. I love the porches, but the inside is a little bit dark. It is very well stocked, which was nice with anything you might need in the kitchen and bathrooms. I was a little disappointed with what is around the location. There is really nothing in Dillard. We did drive up to Franklin on a Sunday and nothing was open. It was a little cool to use the pools and so forth, but the park looked very nice.

Quite and peaceful

There was four of us. The cabin was just fine. Just clean very hospitable, internet accessible. It is furnished with pots and pans. Plenty of kitchen wear to use. Check-in wasn’t as forth worth as you’d expect. Luckily we had a lady help us because the manager is off site. Which is u deter and able because it is the holidays but if it wasn’t for that lady we would have been sitting there lost. Overall it was great. Maybe we will see about the summer months.
