Completely renovated 50’s cottage that gives you character & charm coupled with modern amenities to include granite counters & stainless appliances. New shaker style cabinets, a breakfast bar and character enhancing ceiling beams. From the welcoming front porch, the living room greets you with a large chandelier anchored to the vaulted ceiling. The master has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has custom built bunk beds; sleeps 4. The cottage is only 5 minutes to historic downtown Clayton. Outside there is a firepit and a covered area under the carport for grilling on the propane gas BBQ grill. There is ample parking in driveway and across the street in front of the house. The house is close to EVERYTHING! Guest love it!

Leave heat on 69 or air on 74 {depending on season}
Make sure to lock all exterior doors, windows.
Check for your (chargers, boots, dirty clothes.)
Leave the key on the kitchen counter, lock the door with the lockbox key and return it to the lockbox.
