Why they chose this property
You'll love it! The family room has a gas fireplace and smart TV. There's a full kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals if you'd like to stay in to cook. Downstairs main bedroom has its own full bath. Upstairs one bedroom has access to the balcony with a table and chairs. The second upstairs bedroom is designed for the kids with two small beds. There's a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs in the entry hallway.
What makes this property unique
You'll have access to the full house, hot tub and the carriage house which is an additional room above the garage great for the kids or a use as a work space. There's a TV, board games, and a table for a workspace. Front and back door access is with a Schlage touch pad on the door itself. You'll be given an easy to remember code for your stay!
Other things to note
You'll have a smart TV in the living room with free cable channels and access to premium channels such as Netflix (you'll want to bring your personal passwords to access premium channels.) There's WIFI of course. You'll find a guest book in the kitchen with details on everything in the house in case you forget including WIFI passwords and area attractions. Note: there are stairs down to the beach. For those wishing to avoid beach stairs, there is a driving route with info in the guest book. You'll be given an access code for your stay for the Schlage touch pads located on the front and back doors above the door handles.
