If you are looking for a warm and cozy place well located in the heart of the city of Montreal, this place is for you!

** Please note that there is a Jazz bar and a restaurant at the street level of our building. This studio is equipped with double pane windows and ear plugs to limit the noise from rue Saint-Denis for the comfort of our guests. **

** Air conditioning is central to the building. We always try to maintain a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius in the units. We cannot set it individually for each room. **

Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The closest metro station to our building is Sherbrooke station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is many BIXI station (bike rental) located around our building.

Additional Information:
- A security deposit of $200 will be charged to your credit card at the start of your stay and will be fully refunded after inspection at the end of your stay.

- Please note that Unique Stays uses a 3rd party (STRIPE) to process all online payments. The Stripe processing fee is 2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30 . When a reservation is eligible for a full refund, Unique Stays will reimburse the total amount MINUS the STRIPE processing fee (2.9% of the total amount paid + C$0.30) as these processing fees are not reimbursed to us.

A great choice

I had a lovely stay at this VRBO. Excellent location - lots going on in the neighborhood and easy access to metro. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Despite the street being busy every night, I had no problems with noise and my window was right above St. Denis. I would gladly stay here again.

Excellent modern studio

Unique Stays has put a lot of effort into making these units modern, sleek, tasteful in design and equipped with what you need. Staff helped me with my bags up and down about 36 steps.The kitchen area had a variety of coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker, salt and pepper grinders, a wooden cutting board, a variety of pots and pans, china for 4, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses (tumblers, tall glassses and wine glasses), paper towels....The bathroom had a glass shower area with lots of towels, a hair dryer and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I was on the top floor, so didn't hear any street noise or music from the jazz bar down below the street level. I didn't use the laundry but did check it out - modern stacked free washers and dryers. Good wifi. The area is very " hip" with lots of restaurants, a small supermarket and liquor store nearby. Just a 3 block walk to the Mont Royal metro ststion.
