Stephan was super helpful and communicative when needed. The place was immaculate and very central. Lots of restaurants nearby including the pedestrianized Duluth street, but the apartment is very quiet despite being centrally located. Really enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend!!!

Excellent location, and not too noisy considering that St Denis is a busy street. Just be aware that the apartment is a VERY tiny studio and the space it does have is not particularly well used. Okay for one person, but small for a couple (and bed is a double, not a queen).

This was an awesome spot- lots of walkable areas and shops near by while being quiet and clean inside. Will be returning in the future, this a great spot!

This second-floor property was well-located, charming, and clean enough on first glance. But we woke up in the morning to find water pouring through the bathroom ceiling, apparently due to a leak in the shower drain above. I notified the property manager, who was aware of the situation already, but apparently had not been able to remedy it. The dripping recurred every time any of the upstairs neighbors showered, and created a lingering musty smell.

L’hôte répond très rapidement en cas de demande.Logement très bien placé et calme.Logement propre, et bien pourvu (café, condiments, thés et tisanes mais aussi les serviettes de toilettes…)On en gardera un bon souvenir.
