Not Safe

Horrible night! It’s a gated apartment complex. Wasn’t told until 2 days prior to my trip that you are not allowed to park within the gated area, but allowed to pull in to unload. The process of locating the right complex is confusing, once we were able to locate the right complex with the right gate code, someone from the complex pulled up right behind me and started yelling Hurry up Bitch. Move out my way. This person was using every profanity word he could think of. Once the gate finally open I proceeded to pull up and this guy jumped out of his car started yelling again, I was so afraid and unable to drive off, he blocked me in. Finally, this guy left but circle the parking lot several times. Thank God my son pull up, I don’t know what would’ve happened if he didn’t. The apartment is located on the third floor, the bathroom needed to be cleaned. No adequate bedding nor tissue, bathroom towel, wash clothes. Says sleeps 6, but only sleeps 4 max. Only one TV with no cable, or WiFi. The bedrooms have no Television for your enjoyment. The add is very misleading for this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t rent this place…Horrible!!

Clean, Modern Apt Met Our Downtown Needs

9 minutes to a family event downtown, and 13 minutes to nearby family homes made this apt the perfect place to stay. The host was very accessible; each time I asked questions their reply came no longer than 2 hours, sooner sometimes.

Houston apartment - close to downtown!

Loved the property which is new and spacious. Also, super close to downtown via the Metrorail down the street. I would recommend a car if you want to explore Houston as it's large and spread out. The owner is super responsive and could not be more helpful. We'd stay there again if we ever return to H-Town.
