About this property

200 yds from beach! New Local market & deli across the street! Garage access!

We are the Champagne Family. Ben, Andrea, and Lillian. We had many great years in this place until we finally decided we needed more space to expand the family. This lovely 2/2 townhouse is on the quiet end of the island. 3 miles from boardwalk and restaurants. Free trolley (early May-August) right out front. 200yd walk to the gulf. Complex pool(only 8 units) with shower. One bedroom and full bath is on first floor with the kitchen/living area while the 2nd floor is entirely the master suite with private balcony large walk-in closet and laundry room. Garage available for use. New mini grocery/coffee/deli shop directly across the street!! WE ALLOW PETS BUT THERE IS A FEE!!

We enjoyed our vacation & look forward to staying here again. It was nice to be able to walk down to the beach. This place was clean, the air conditioner worked, the beds were comfortable & the pool was nice to get in after being on the beach all day.Ben was very quick to reply & let us check in early since storms were coming in shortly after we arrived. My family had a lovely time at this property. Everything was wonderful: good air conditioning, excellent cleanliness throughout, a great location with easy access to the beach, quality furnishings and beds, spacious bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. We even enjoyed a gorgeous view of the moon and the stars on the balconies.

We left the 1st night and want a refund. Due to Black Mold , dirty dishwasher and garbage can. I took photos and I want my money refunded. We had to find somewhere else to stay that was clean and did not have black mold coming out of surveys.

A cozy stay in a quieter spot of Pensacola Beach. The host communicated with us quickly and welcomed our pup which was great! Plenty of toiletries and paper supplies. Great A/C on the nest(not locked!) and lots of hot water/water pressure for super showering experiences! We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we brought our pup on vacation. The Local spot across Via de Luna was a great place for coffee and any forgotten supples. Thanks for a low key little get away place.

Ben was extremely responsive and the place was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach as well as a cool convenience store called the Local just across the street. Everything was just as expected with the addition of some beach items that we did not have to bring with us which was nice. There were plenty of cleaning supplies & a few condiments in the kitchen to get by during our stay as well. Overall we enjoyed our time and the location was just what we were looking for during our spring break.

Very straightforward and responsive! Everything was as described. Nice and cold on the inside too. Less than a 10 minute walk from the beach. Wife’s review- very spacious and clean on the inside! The decor was beautiful and placed very home like, I was inspired by it. Very generous amount of things to use there I almost didn’t need to pack half the stuff I did! The guy was very kind and understanding towards us during our stay with having a toddler. The beach was visible from the double decker balconies and had lots of wildlife around. Overall amazing stay has changed my thoughts on staying in other peoples places over a hotel!

The property was very clean and in a great location. We walked around the block to the beach daily and then drove the 5 minutes to restaurants nightly. I enjoyed the private master suite upstairs with the laundry and huge closet.
