Easy commute to UCLA and LA’s best attractions, including Santa Monica, Venice, West Hollywood. Short drive from LAX. The perfect getaway to experience the best of LA.

You will enjoy the entire newly renovated guest suite which has a separate private entrance from the main house. The suite includes a kitchenette, smart TV, spa like shower, and access to an outdoor dining space.

This suite is centrally located and very close to public transportation to all your favorite spots (short drive to local beaches and more!)

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off lights and AC/heat.
Using trash bags, please throw trash in the dumpsters on the left side of home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties. This is a very quiet family neighborhood, and we live and work on the property. Quiet hours are 11 pm until 7 am. No underage drinking.
No smoking. No pets. No overnight guests not originally on reservation.
The cleaning fee is for a standard cleaning only. If the home was left in poor condition, fees will be charged to Tenants credit card on file.

Cute place

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and cozy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The walls are pretty thin so you’ll hear the owners talking and door alarm chiming, but it didn’t ruin anything for me. I’d stay here again.

nice little place

Nice little place in a charming neighborhood. The studio was clean and always had parking in front of the house. You can hear people in the other house but, it didn't really bother us.

Great location for visiting family

Really enjoyed the stay - place was clean, hostess/host were nice and communicated promptly when I had a question. Kitchenette, while super tiny, was good. Only wish they had coffee or a keurig machine - but there were local shops near by. Shower had low water pressure - but I think that is the norm in CA. I would stay again! Parking was easy too.

Very pretty space. It was missing a few basics but hosts were happy to bring by and mentioned they were using new cleaners. Everything was clean and it was a pleasant neighborhood with really good bakery a few blocks away. Quality of bed a some items was mediocre but i think great for the price and was super clean and pleasant.
