The Space:
The main floor features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa sleeper and a 65” TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with a dining room table and large kitchen island big enough to accommodate a large group!
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, features a memory foam king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath tub and rainfall shower. Enjoy the massive walk in closet and wall mounted tv. Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One bedroom is fitted with a comfortable and private queen bed while the second room has a bunk bed complete with a Queen and Twin mattress.
Outside, our private yard and patio provides some space for your furry friend to relax and light up the grille. The 2 car garage will fit 2 small cars or 1 large vehicle. There is also a reserved parking spot directly behind the garage for larger vehicles.
This home will accommodate 9 guests with 2 sharing a very comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome in our home but must be approved. Please check with us before booking. Unapproved pets, excessive barking or aggressive animals are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

Guest Access:
Your primary entrance will be the front door using a keyless entry. Guests will be provided a 2 car garage, but will not have a garage door opener. The garage will have to be opened and closed from the inside.
Getting Around:
Fort Collins is very easy to get around and this location is perfect to walk or bike to old town. If you don't have a vehicle, the "Max" bus runs about a mile from the home and will take you clear across town.
Interaction with Guests:
Our property managers will be here for you as needed. We can be onsite quickly if anything comes up but are happy to give you space and privacy.
