Easy to get around NOLA from this lower garden location. Plenty of local spots for drinks and food truck action. The house was very nicely laid out and had everything a family required. Would stay again.
Very clean, pool and hot tub are excellent, neighborhood is in a great location to check out the garden district and easy place to go to and from. Couldn’t have been better.
This property was absolutely amazing. The kitchen, dining and entertaining areas were spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. The private pool and hot tub were spectacular and a definite hit for our annual girls trip. The Ladies of Leisure will definitely be booking again with Heirloom.

Had an excellent stay with a large group of friends. The host proactively checked in with me throughout the duration of the stay. The listing was accurate. Would rent this house again!
We loved the home and were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to magazine street. The modern home made us feel at home with ample space and great layout. Only request would be to get more household basics for the home (spices, cast iron pans, basics like plastic wrap and tin foil, more cups, cutlery and serving items.) we would definitely stay here again!
We loved the pool and there was plenty of room for our larger party. Beds were comfy. Kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. Property Manager was always speedy and accessible!

Cannot say enough good things about this house. Host was wonderful, house had everything needed. We are a family of 10 and did not feel crammed at all. Everyone had their own space. Will be coming back.
We were in town for a trade show at the convention center. The home was 5 min away and also close to the Garden District for excellent food and relaxing walks. The home is newer with excellent amenities and TONS of room. It was clean, well kept and had comfy beds. Host was very accommodating when we needed extra nights and early check in. Will stay again when our show returns to LA
Building is new dramatic and luxurious; property fully consumed by house and pool
Transitional neighborhood discourages walks
Location great for driving to NOLA venues

Hi Bill, thank you for your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the dramatic and luxurious aspects of the property, as well as the responsive hosting. We understand the neighborhood's transitional nature might not encourage walks, but we're pleased the location was convenient for driving to NOLA venues. Your input is valuable, and we hope to welcome you again.
I can't say enough nice things about the house and the host - heirloom. The house was immaculate and spacious. Rooms were spacious. Great linen and comfortable beds and etc. Pool was perfect- especially with NOLA heat being so intense in August. The host was easy to work with and they were extremely responsive when i had questions.

Lower Garden New Orleans
Extreamly beautiful home. Gracious amenities throughout. Spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Only 1 bedroom had a t.v. Huge kitchen stocked with every appliance you need.
The pool and the hot tub are magnificent. The home has a nice outside kitchen with bar area and grill. The location of the home is rather sketchy and in urban decline. The double washers and dryers is a added bonus for larger groups.
This is a beautiful house with everything needed for a great getaway. We were a group of 9 adults, including 4 couples, and the space was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and laid out well for hanging out together. We loved the big dining room table and the outdoor area. We like to cook and the kitchen was decently equipped for the meals we made. We definitely appreciated the extra glassware that kept us going during happy hour and dinner. The owner was quick to reply when we had questions. I agree with other reviewers that the neighborhood doesn't encourage walking but it didnt cramp our style. Easy to get to french Quarter and other river-front neighborhoods. Thanks for a great stay!
We had an issue accessing the house for the first time because the code we were given for the front door lock was incorrect. It took several phone calls to get in. But once inside, the house was exactly as pictured. (Future occupants need to know that the notice that the lock automatically locks after 30 seconds is incorrect. The doors needed to be manually locked.)The design and furnishings are really lovely. There are a few things missing (only nine dinner forks and a lack of wine glasses) but two each of washers and dryers made doing laundry for the nine of us very easy. Shopping and restaurants are in easy walking distance. Our family totally enjoyed our week long stay in this very nice house.
THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL TALL CELINGS AND BIG DOORS. THE BACKYARD IS BREATH TAKING AND MAKES U FEEL LIKE YOUR IN YOUR OWN PLACE. THE WATER PRESSURE COULD BE BETTER BUT I WAS OK WITH IT CAUSE THE BATHROOMS ARE AMAZING. COMES WITH TOWLES AND SOME THINGS U MIGHT FORGET TO PACK. THIS PROPERTY CAN SLEEP 10 AND STILL HAVE SPACE. THE ICE MAKER WAS A STAR OF THE TRIP. AND LET ME NOT FORGET TO BRING UP THE POOL OMG THEY HAD FLOATIES AND WE LEFT SOME WE BROUGHT I FIGURED PAY IT FORWARD. WE FELT AT HOME FOR A WEEK HERE AND WE LOVED IT NEXT TRIP IM GETTING THIS RENTAL AGAIN.
It’s what’s on the inside that counts! Unassumingly tucked into a transitional neighborhood, this townhouse reveals a hidden gem upon opening the front door. Bright, cool, clean, new - all wonderful qualities in a rented space. Kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms are pristine and have shampoo/conditioner, abundant TVs, places to hang out together and separately. And when it was time to go, I asked “what can I do? Strip beds? Run laundry? Take out trash?” And the answer was “just leave it.” Such a nice way to end a busy few days. We really enjoyed having a home base where we could hang out as a family. Thank you for a terrific stay!
Our group of ten—five adults and five children—stayed at this wonderful home for six nights in late June, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Over the years, we’ve stayed in many VRBO properties, but this one stands out as the best. From the moment we arrived, the property felt inviting and well-prepared for guests. Although we did encounter a minor issue after check-in, the host’s prompt and consistent communication kept us updated as they resolved it quickly and professionally. Their attentiveness set the tone for a stress-free stay. The house is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation, and for anything else, Walmart is conveniently just two minutes away. Both the indoor and outdoor large tables became our daily gathering spots for meals and games, and we made good use of the grill. It was especially nice that by dinnertime, the grill area was shaded from the sun.Sleeping arrangements were excellent—the beds are comfortable and there are ample bathrooms and showers for all. Doing laundry was a breeze thanks to the double, full-size stackable washer and dryer, and every other appliance worked perfectly.Even with outdoor temperatures hitting 90 degrees, the house remained cool and comfortable at all times. Parking was easy, with a dedicated spot for our car and an additional street space right in front, which came
