Superb Views-Firepit-Gameroom-Hikes-Spacious Home

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home minutes from Garden of the Gods & some of the best hiking in COS. Located 15 min from downtown, the Broadmoor & the North COS. This home is nestled at the base of a mountain range directly in front of Pikes Peak, so you can enjoy gorgeous views throughout your stay. We are remodeling, so most of the house will be brand new & up to date including the beds! Enjoy the firepit, outdoor kitchen, fountain, pool table, and air hockey. The home is nestled right into the foothills of Colorado Springs. Just right out the front door a few hundred yards away, you can venture into hiking trails for a great trail run or an adventure walk with the kids. We are 2 miles from Garden of the Gods, and 2 miles from Ute Valley Park. And you will not want to miss the the home-made ice cream store called Josh and John's just 1.5 miles away as well for a great summer treat! All of our neighbors are kind and respectful - you will love it here!
