With 3 living spaces, 3 bathrooms, and a full size kitchen, this 2800 sq foot house has room to spread out. Extra amenties include a pool table and foosball table, corn hole and outdoor patio dining space.Your Colorado retreat home includes extra linens and towels in every room. Plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils. WIFI and Cable TV, ceiling fans in every bedroom and Air Conditioning. The coffee table in the family room is stocked with local interest flyers. We live here in Colorado Springs and have been waiting for the perfect property by the Garden of the Gods. We own two stores in Manitou Springs which keep us busy and absolutely love the lifestyle here in Colorado. My husband and I love walking through the Garden of the Gods, hanging out in Manitou, or going over to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo to see the animals.

Why they chose this property

Hands down the location and incredible access to the Garden of the Gods. The bonus was the house is nice too!
