Formal Dining Room, Game Room W/ 65 Inch Smart TV, Bar, Seating Area, Foosball Table, Jumbo Connect 4, Corn hole Boards Tabletop Ping Pong Kit, Master Bedroom W/ King Bed and 50 Inch Smart TV, 2 Queen Rooms W/ Water Views and 50 Inch Smart TV's, Kids Room W/ Water view, 2 Bunkbeds ( sleeps 4) and 65 Inch Smart TV, Remodeled Bathrooms, Laundry Room W/ New Washer and Dryer, Laundry Sink and Extra Cabinet Space, Covered Back Porch W/ Swing, Sofa and Club Chair Seating. The Barbecue Area Has a Gas Grill, a smoker and a Charcoal Grill. Huge Backyard W/ Fire pit, 80 Foot Seawall W/ Kayak launcher, Private Boat Ramp, 6 Kayaks, 3 Paddle boards, and fishing Poles. Parking in Front for a Boat Trailers and up to 4 cars. We Have a Ring Doorbell at the front door for security system. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put towels in laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$500 Cleaning fee imposed for any pets brought into our home.
$500.00 fine imposed for scallop shell dumping in our canal. $250.00 dollar fine for putting scallop shells or fish into our garbage cans.
Fireworks are prohibited at our property.

Fantastic canal access and home!

We had a great week at this rental! Canal access was fantastic with the private ramp and long dockage space. The house was spacious and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Scallops were plentiful. Great experience!

Great Getaway

This property has everything you could ask for. It is really spacious and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay and loved renting a boat and having the ability to park it on premises. Had a great time and we will definitely be back.

It was a great New Year's

The place was great and had everything we needed and more. Although it was a short time...we managed to pack alot into it.. and then collapse and wind down at night in front of a fire!!!

Scallop trip!

Beautiful house awesome location for scalloping! It was so comfy and had everything to make us comfy, a true home away from home! The access to water with private ramp was bonus! Great for families and kids. Loved the games and all the TVs.

Everything you could possibly want for a vacation

What an amazing house and location. Spotlessly, clean, easy, boat access and just plain perfect. Everyone had a great time and we couldn’t of asked for anything more. We will definitely be back.

The house and surrounding property were just what we where looking for in our stay in the area for scallop season. Easily fit both our boats (15 & 22), and had ample parking for both vehicles and trailers. The setup of the house was perfect for both couples and children. The best part was sitting on the patio with the awesome view of the waterway and other houses. We also enjoyed taking evening walks through the nice neighborhood. The location is convenient to the main channel for scalloping or heading to the spring. The owner was easy to get a hold of if anything was needed. Already booked for next year!!!

Very Nice Property

Stayed for several days to enjoy the river and scallop. 2 Couples were very comfy. Bedroom/ bath set-up requires some imagination but the rest of the house is perfect for enjoying friends, cooking, and relaxing. Host was fabulous and wanted to make sure we had a nice time.
