Getaway to a peaceful private studio condo on the hillside of Ski Granby. Beautiful corner unit with views overlooking mountains and golf course below. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants.



The studio condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is complete with a queen murphy bed (sleeps 2) and a queen sofa sleeper (Sleeps 1), flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, board games and a wood burning fireplace.



Close to hiking/snowshoeing trails, downhill or cross-country skiing, hot springs, fishing, hunting, golfing, mountain biking.



Whether you are looking for a place to simply relax or get out in nature, you can accomplish this at our mountainside condo. The condo is conveniently located in Granby Ranch just 2 hours from Denver. Our unit is near Granby Lake, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park (30 minutes away), Arapaho National Forest, Winter Park and more.



Winter in Granby is a wonderful experience with the ski lift just steps away, snowshoeing trails a few minutes down the road and views of snowcapped mountains out every window. Or choose to stay in with a cozy wood fire and relax.



During the summer, you are near many outdoor activities. With over 600 miles of mountain biking trails within the county, Granby is situated in a perfect location. Single tracks, downhill bike parks, all day trails, and even lift-serviced trails; if it’s mountain biking, it’s here. Nearby hiking trails, lakes and rivers to fish from. Golf and fly fishing are just a few minute drive down the road. Access all the trails and views at Rocky Mountain National Park 30 minutes away.

Easy access to everywhere in Grand County from this location. We arrived via Amtrak and Avalanche car rental met us at the station. This condo is a very restful atmosphere.

Cozy & clean

this property was perfect for our stay! Michael & Angela went out of their way to help us locate a place to rent hiking poles for our trip, were very kind and responsive, and we found the condo to have many thoughtful touches. Even Ziploc bags to pack our lunch for hiking days! We enjoyed Mountain views in the sunset and sunrises, and felt right at home for our time away!

Perfect place for your stay

They say great things come in small packages. This condo exemplified that 100%! Even though not large in square footage, this condo was great in so many other ways. Fully equipped kitchen with everything, spices for cooking, great bedding and towels, charging cords, and a great view out the back door. We've stayed in many rentals across the county and this was the best.

Snow Sports Basecamp

This was a great location with many possibilities for snow sports and other activities. In addition to the small downhill resort next to the property, a larger downhill resort, 3 cross country/snowshoe areas, two sledding hills, ice skating, roller skating, basketball, .., are all within a few minutes drive. Owner has outfitted condo with many conveniences.
