New LTV flooring and blackout window shades in both bedrooms. No-see-um Screens installed on Lanai and Front Entrance. Entire building and lanai was freshly painted in 2025. Beautiful California Closet installed in Master Bedroom for extra storage and a large outdoor storage area with beach chairs included and ample room for your bike!

Why they chose this property
It's the perfect spot in Fort Meyers. Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the awesome golf course in Lexington. Short distance from the airport. Very convenient location, but private!
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to golf course, fitness center, clubhouse, bocce courts, beautiful sunrise views, and multiple pools. One gorgeous pool is literally just steps from the unit!
