A 1400 sq feet, cute, fun, clean lakefront Kottage, with a back lot for parking. Located less than one hour drive from Grand Rapids and 75 minutes from Lansing area.
Lake Montcalm is an all sports lake, approximately 80 acres – Spring Fed, natural. Great for boating, fishing, swimming and relaxing. Keeney Kottage has 50 feet of water frontage, dock and diving board – water is very deep at the end of the dock. Stand up paddleboards (3), canoe, access to garage with life jackets and some water toys. Nice sandy beach for swimming and floating.
Keeney Kottage has central air, 2 bedrooms Master with Queen, 2nd bedroom with Full bed. The living room has a full couch (not pull out). The bungalow in the garage sleeps 3-4, great for kids or extra family needing their own space. The bungalow is finished with air- conditioning and a window – just a few steps from the Kottage. Remodeled galley kitchen with granite and microwave. Full bath and washer and dryer. The cottage has been fully remodeled and well maintained.
Full lake front deck, where family has spent many hours making memories, great view of the lake – ½ shade and sun for summer days.
Comes with all the bedding, towels, kitchen necessities. Wi-fi access – for Netflix and work if needed. The property also includes extra parking across the road, with a ½ size basketball court and hoop!
Small dogs under 20 lbs. are welcome for a small fee. They must be kept in the Kottage yard and cleaned up after.
Relax once you arrive! Walks around the lake, to the store – for ice cream cones and pizza. Or sit on the deck and enjoy the water.
Time to book your date for arrival! We require a 3 night stay minimum.
Note: You can bring your own boat/water craft.
