Please place any trash in the bear-proof trash bin #1. DO NOT USE bin #2 - that belongs to the neighbor.
In winter (Nov - Apr), turn the water off (lever inside the kitchen pantry)
Place the parking garage openers on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
