Please note, when booking our suites that all of our rooms are operated by the hotel. Confidante Property Management handles the reservation of the room but we don’t operate any of our suites in terms of housekeeping, check-in time, room maintenance, and any other issues that may arise during your stay. This is entirely the hotel's responsibility.
This modern apartment features a kitchenette with stove top (2 burners), microwave, and small fridge as well as a mini bar provided by the hotel (items in the mini bar are at an additional cost). Enjoy a king-size bed and a full-size comfortable sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a private balcony.

Guest Access:
There are 7 relaxing pools between the towers with beach chairs, cabanas, and jacuzzis. Beach and pool chairs are complimentary, simply request a chair from one of the pool attendants and they will prepare the chair, bring you towels and make your stay as pleasant & carefree as possible. The staff is available 24 hours a day to help all guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Security is always on-site, and friendly guards ensure the property is accessed by the resort guests only.
Anything you could ever need can be found right inside the resort. This will be a vacation you will never forget!

HOTEL POLICY (Effective 1st October, 2024) : A credit/debit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply.
Housekeeping Details/ Service:
The housekeeping service is $80 Daily(OPTIONAL) and a check out fee of $155 (MANDATORY)
The hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge is NOT included in the rate.
Mandatory cleaning fee is charged by the hotel upon departure.
There is a one-time compulsory fee of $16.52, plus tax that will be applied prior to check out.
Rollaway beds are available at a cost of $60 each per day

The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value - access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pool access, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value - spa entry only - other services are additional).

Please also note: All guests are required to complete Truvi verification prior to arrival. Truvi is a secure guest-screening and verification platform used to protect both guests and the property.

Once we booked, we received several different notification that we owed something. It was a fee for everything. We didn't like that the total amount at booking wasn't the real total amount. Long line at check in. Elevators took forever to get. No hot water in the sink in bathroom. Outlet in bathroom didn't work. Last day, we went back to room with an eviction notice taped to the door for the owner.
The bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint to fix chipping paint and the kitchen was incredibly small which made it difficult to prepare food but otherwise the room was clean and sufficient. My main concern was with the noisy neighbors in the suite next door and the fact that 2 elevators were out of service which led to various frustrating delays. A clearer understanding of what we as guests are able to access at the hotel would have made the stay more enjoyable. I would definitely come back but not during spring break.
