The Space:
The one-bedroom is approximately a 1000 sq. ft. unit with a separate private bedroom that sleeps 4 people -- between the standard king size bed in the bedroom and another standard queen size sofa bed that acts as the second bed in the living room. To accommodate the 5th, you may rent a rollaway bed that can be brought into the room upon request for an additional $60 for the rollaway bed and/or crib per night or a maximum of $200 + tax each (if renting for 5 nights or more).
With this information given, please put into consideration the space that you would be occupying considering how many people you choose to join your party.

Other Things to Note:
HOTEL POLICY (Effective October 1st, 2024) : A credit/debit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply.
Housekeeping Details/ Service:
The housekeeping service is $95 Daily (OPTIONAL) and check out fee of $205 (MANDATORY)
The hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge is NOT included in the rate.
Mandatory cleaning fee is charged by the hotel upon departure.
There is a one-time compulsory fee of $16.52, plus tax that will be applied prior to check out.
Rollaway beds are available at a cost of $60 each per day
PARKING:
Daily Parking (up to 5 hours): $35-$55 plus tax
Overnight parking is $75 + tax oversize vehicle starts at $100+ tax
Valet fee for oversize vehicles per night is $100 plus tax
LATE CHECK OUT FEE AFTER 11:00 am is $150
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value - access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pool access, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value - spa entry only - other services are additional).

CHECK-IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM - DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER.
Late check-ins will not be ground for disputes for credit or anything of nature.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK-OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.
$150 fee for late check out after 11:00 a.m.
More than 2 hours late, you are responsible to pay that day's rate, with no discounts (Please note that this does not allow you as the guest the authority to stay an extra day only that this is a fee for staying 2 hours over check out.)
You as the guest are responsible for reimbursing hosts for any refunds given to cancellations of guests as a result of your late check out.

***PLEASE! Keep in mind when booking our suites that all of our rooms are operated by the hotel. We are only handling your reservation of the room. We don't operate any of our suites in terms of housekeeping, check in time, room maintenance and any other issues that may arise during your stay. This is entirely the hotel's responsibility.
We are a booking intermediary. Once you check into the hotel they are in control of all the operations. We have absolutely no control over any issues that you may experience. If there are any issues you may speak with the hotel and they will assist. Thank you for your understanding and acknowledgment prior to booking.**
Note that regardless of being able to send a request or inquiry, weekends might require 3 or 4 nights minimum, at certain times we can accommodate less nights, but it is at this account's discretion. Holidays will require a certain number of nights minimum stay depending on the holiday.
Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended for all our guests.
