Welcome to Beachaholics Crystal Beach!
Come relax in this beautiful beach home with soaring ceilings and bright spacious bedrooms. 3 beds 2 baths Pet friendly (with approval and pet fee). Property is a short walk to a quiet section of Crystal Beach. You will find all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated beach retreat. The kitchen features a beautiful butcher block island that is 12 feet long and able to comfortably seat 6-8 people, all stainless-steel appliances, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker with milk frother, and even some basic supplies such of K-cups and spices. The laundry room located right off the kitchen is equipped with a new LG stackable full size washer & dryer and ironing board and iron. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, and trash bags are provided.
Each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv that has access to Hulu, Netflix, and many more apps that you can log into.

Bedroom 3 - 2 Bunk Beds (4 Twin Beds), full size dresser and closet

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a stand up shower.

The backyard is fully fenced with a dog run set of stairs off the main stairs. There are two gates on the main stairs to provide access only to the fenced yard for pets. One of the gates can close off the stairs at the porch.

A few of the other amenities our home offers are a newly installed EV charger, a gas grill on the porch with a gas line connected so no need to buy bottles of propane.

Our home is pet friendly with prior approval and a pet fee.

Amazing Family Time

Relaxing house walking distance to the beach

Tina was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. It is always nice just to be able to walk to the beach. Property was comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, and the sunset view from the kitchen window was fantastic. Access to washer and dryer were so convenient and we appreciate it very much. Highly recommend this place!

Great home!

Everything was great. The house had everything you would need for comfort and entertainment. We got locked out and the owners had us back in within 10 mins or so. We had a good vacation and would definitely rent from them again.

Great house and location

This house was incredible. It was large enough for my grandchildren, my daughter and my wife. We all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beach. Very close to the beach. I was wrong. If you carry a lot of stuff to the beach, get a golf cart. It is worth it. The house was far enough away from the marshland as not to be affected too much. But I was wrong on this. We asked before after the hurricane, if the house would be ready, they manager said yes, but the outside was not. We couldn't enjoy the BBQ grill; it was old and rusted, not useable. They had a replacement, but it was sitting in the lower level still in a box. Been there for a while, the shipping labels and box was faded and worn. The manager said they would send a maintenance man over to look at some damage that was before and maybe work on it, he or she never came. It really didn't matter, we could not enjoy the outside, major mosquito infestation was horrible. One local who had lived there for 50 years said it was the worse they had ever seen. The only remedy offered was for use to go purchase bug foggers and spray at the local store a couple of miles away. We did buy a zapper that helped. Kept the mosquitoes at bay during sunset and sunrise. Made the upper deck useable with the zapper. For these prices, we expected more and for the house inside out was ready and useable for our visit, esp after I asked about the house two weeks before. Be prepared to mediate the yard area and lower sections.

I am originally from New Orleans and my husband is from Beaumont. We bought this home in 2010 and raised our daughter there until high school. I want other families to enjoy the home and the beach the way that my family has been able to.
