Behind the gate in Wild Dunes, you have your own community pool and beach access to a secluded stretch of Isle of Palms' white sand beach. Guest access
You have exclusive access to the condo and gate/parking passes for two cars- the Wild Dunes gate/parking pass is printed by the front gate agents upon arrival to be displayed on your dashboard - grants parking in the Mariners' Walk Villas complex (please message us after booking if you need us to call in a pass for a second name/car)


Other things to note
-This is a first floor condo, there are four stairs to the front and back doors and a full staircase to the master suite so the condo is not wheelchair accessible.

-If there are other guest staying in the condos beside and above please be aware that you may hear them

-The community charcoal grills are off the walkway by the pool. We do not store flammable items in the unit so plan to buy charcoal if you want to grill out.

-The Mariners Walk pool has a kids pool to the side not a hot tub. They are not actively heated so although it is warm in Charleston most of the year, in the colder months the pool temps can be a bit chilly

- This condo is as short walk from the beach but is not beachfront. You may be able to catch a glimpse of the sea from the master bedroom or back porch but it is not an ocean view condo.

- We encourage you to rent bikes to get around! (only residents are allowed golf carts in Wild Dunes)
