Sunrise and sunset are better in 308 Summerhouse where you will enjoy the beauty of the Carolina Coast in addition to the beauty of this home. 308 Summerhouse features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new tile flooring throughout the home, the bathrooms have all been updated, bedding has been replaced and most of the furniture pieces were just purchased for your family to enjoy. Wi-Fi high speed internet service, flat screen televisions, iPod friendly clock radios are just few of the extra amenities offered at 308 Summerhouse.

The master bedroom features oceanfront views with a king bed as well as a spacious bath. The guest bedroom features another King bed and a lot of extra room for your children to play. Once you walk out on the deck, you will be welcomed with views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the beautiful swimming complex for the use of only guests staying in Summerhouse. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests, if needed.

- A sleeper sofa is available in the living room as an additional sleeping option.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

*Parking Details:*
- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
