About this property

Comfortable Cottage blocks from the beach!

ENJOY A Relaxing 3 bedroom, 2 Qn 1 full . 2 bath cottage with full kitchen, separate den and living room. Please note linens are not provided. You can hear the ocean from the back deck. Walk to ice-cream shop, arcade, restaurants and the beach! The house is 1/2 way between the intercoastal waterway and the beach. It's only about a 1/2 mile each way. It's a short drive to historical Southport. Where you can take the ferry to Baldhead Island or Carolina Beach. The cottage was built in 1964.
Outside security cameras will be turned off after you arrive. Parking for 2 cars in the yard.

Our house is close to everything beside being walking distance to the beach, less than 1/2 mi. We also are walking distance to salt 64, ice cream shops, putt putt golf, and shopping.
