Relax and Rejuvenate at this amazing riverfront cottage. Situated on the banks of the Gull River, you can head into Gull lake for endless water fun. Enjoy all your meals or endless games in the stunning sunroom that overlooks the gentle flowing river. Easy sand entry to the gentle flowing waters, fantastic docking and enjoyment on the riverbank. Lots of room to roam on the property with open garden spaces and an amazing waterfront firepit.

R&R is very easy here

Very nicely appointed cottage on the water. The place is very peaceful yet close to amenities.(15 min walk to Foodland). Only saw a few boats slowly pass by and saw no one as we looked out onto the water. Went for a kayak paddle down to Minden as some one who has not kayak in years it was not bad distance / challenge going up current and the river was peaceful. Very nice appointed cottage clean comfortable and great location. Would go back if going to the Minden area

R&R Cottage Is Well Named!

A beautiful retreat in a lovely setting on the Gull River, the R&R Cottage is welcoming and well-equipped. The hosts have thought of everything you might need to have a wonderful time including a bottle of wine, a large deck with gorgeous flowers and strings of lights at night, kayaks for exploring the river, two TVs for families and groups who want to watch different programs, and lots of games. Private and peaceful. Highly recommended for your memorable holiday in the Minden Hills.

Amazing Experience

The cottage was very clean and it had everything we needed. The river is just steps away from your door with a beautiful view. There is a little bit of current since its a river but as a beginner I had no problems kayaking so I would totally recommend! Its also a very private and quite area which we appreciated as well. I would definitely recommend staying here, had a very good time!

Sweet spot

This is a beautiful little cottage set in tranquility but close to town. Nicely finished and outfitted. Great kayaks with which you can paddle into town. Not easy going up river as current is strong. Would have to stay close to young kids and pets when swimming but water is lovely and clear. Highly recommend.
