Within walking distance of bars, restaurants, stores & the famed Ocean Annie's! Also just a 5 minute drive to Restaurant Row.
Quiet end of Shore Drive with plenty to do within walking distance. Walk down to Ocean Annie's for all your music and dancing. (Open seasonally)
Fly in and rent a car OR Uber to the condo.
Covered and uncovered parking on site
NO smoking- The entire building is NON-SMOKING -$500 fine for smoking
NO pets per HOA
NO draping of towels, swim suits or clothes over the balcony rails
NO golf carts or motorcycles per HOA
NO use of hair dye
Upon check out all furniture must be returned to the original locations
Do not set thermostat below 70- Owner is notified when set below 70
