200yds, 0.1 miles) from beach access! We are one of if not the closest home rental to the beach! We have over 70 reviews on other sites. - split floor plan with 2 queen beds (electric frames) with 2 full bathrooms + large 7 seater sectional. Every room has a 55-65in TV with Comcast, fast Wifi, HBOMax, Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV.
Our house is close to everything!
- Beach: 3 homes (on beach access rd)
- Downtown: 0.3 miles away from restaurants/bars
- Publix/CVS: 9 homes away
The space
If you want to feel at home, this place is for you! There’s a dozens of rentals in LBTS and very few compare to the detail and convenience of this one. Tons of bright and natural light, fully remodeled with top of the line appliances, and close to everything. Trust us when we say the difference between walking 3 homes to the beach vs. 10+ homes is a game changer :). Our home is on the beach access road.

Leave your stuff at home! We have beach chairs, large beach towels,a cooler, beach umbrella, games, baby beach toys, small cart for taking things to the beach BBQ grill, condiments, football/tennis/basketball, and more. Everything is fully equipped. We provide an abundance of staples, from paper towels to aluminum foil, coffee pods, condiments, sunscreen. Feel free to use whatever you'd like. If something is missing or broken upon arrival that our cleaner missed, text us and we'll have it there within an hour!

This isn't your typical stale property - we live here 2 months out of the year and everything in the place is remodeled to our liking (new TVs, subzero refrigerator, washer/dryer, games, golf putting game, comfortable beds that are electric with tempurpedic toppers, full kitchen, multiple coffee machines, etc!).

Place is perfect for 2 couples and 4 guests. Split Floorplan in the house, giving tons of privacy to each bedroom. Both rooms have a desk for working. We provide a pack n play, high chair baby bath for our small
Children.
It's a smaller place but can squeeze 6-7 with 2 on the couch (extra linens provided). We also have a very nice blow up mattress.
No parties late into the evening. Having people over is fine, as is playing music/etc, but it's not a party house. We allow dogs but must declare pets prior to approval, if your pet sheds, please keep off the furniture.

***If you're traveling during the Summer, we recommend booking trip insurance at checkout This will allow you to cancel due to poor weather or potential tropical storms for a refund. We do not refund due to weather, so please plan accordingly with trip insurance!
