White Holiday Cozy Chalet W Hot Tub bubble room and pool
This breezy chalet is an A-frame property with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open concept dining, and a loft located in the heart of Prattsville NY.
The home is located in between four of the best ski mountains in New York (Hunter, Windham, Belleayre, & Plattekill Mountain), 15-20 mins drives to Hunter and Windham ! 2.5 hours from NYC! also minutes away from the shops, liquor store, and restaurants of Prattsville town. There is also two great hiking spots in the area, Kaaterskill Falls & Pratt Rock Trailhead.
Guests will have access to the entire home and its 8 acre land. Feel free to roam the area and enjoy the wild life. The parking area is large enough to fit several cars. During the winter, we recommend you come in a 4 wheel drive vehicle for your safety and mobility.
