The view is the thing! You will never want to leave the front porch! Fifteen minutes to Lake Burton, Lake Rabun and the wonderful shops and restaurants in Clayton. Beautifully decorated three bedroom two bath cabin overlooking Stonewall Creek Vineyard in Tiger Georgia.

Whether your interests are boating, water sports, winery touring, hiking, shopping, dining, white water rafting and kayaking, you are only minutes away. Relax on the front porch double swing, make a fire in the fabulous outdoor fire pit or indoor fire place, or rock the afternoon away. You will want to come back as soon as you leave!

October and the first two weeks in November are the best for leaves in Rabun County.

Holiday and Special Event weekends require a three night minimum.

A Break in theMountains

What a perfect place to stay to get away from it all! The location is easy to access, the cabin was spotless and clean, and it’s stocked with everything you could need. It’s not far from Clayton which has several good restaurants and stores.Mark and Sandy are very friendly owners and they own a nearby winery. Be sure to stop by to sample their wines.The view off the front porch is spectacular. It faces west so you see the sun setting in the valley of Grassy . Mountain. So quiet and peaceful, just what I needed

Another wonderful weekend in Tiger!

This remains our favorite property for a mountain get away. It is always so clean and all of the furniture and beds are so comfortable. The hosts are as lovely as the view! We will definitely be back again soon.

Great vacation stay

Very nice property with an unforgettable view out the front of the house. Comfortable beds in a quiet setting, up the mountain. Best sleep I’ve had in a while! Awesome fire pit set up. The Tiger/Clayton area is outstanding with quant shops, good food, and super nice people.

Communication was great

We had the cabin booked for Sept 27th weekend but the hurricane's path straight through Georgia, provided concerns with traveling and potential aftermath. We weren't able to make the reservation but we will be scheduling a different weekend. The host was great communicating and letting us rebook under the uncertainty and unknown of hurricane's aftermath.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend!

I booked this cottage for my son's wedding. I can't say enough about how fantastic the host are! The cottage is beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. The views are so scenic and you overlook the Stonewall Creek Vineyard. We enjoyed S'mores at the fire-pit and we caught the Northern Lights! We had a fantastic stay and we reserved space at the Vineyard for my son's wedding reception. The wine is amazing, we all enjoyed their variety's. It was truly amazing and Sandi and Mark, the host, made this a magical stay.

Stunning Views

Beautiful views of vineyard below. House was nicely appointed, clean and owners (Mark and Sandi) are very personable. Two very sweet horses, who are the neighbors, made it a perfect vacation location for us.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

We loved staying in this home! We had a great time shopping in Clayton, renting a boat one day on Lake Burton, and enjoying the beautiful home and scenery. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and everything super clean. Highly recommend & we would stay here again.

Peaceful Mountain Location

Great location in the Georgia Mountains. Close to Lake Burton, Lake Rayburn, and the town of Clayton. The house is beautiful and the location, on the side of the mountain, is private and serene. The house is well maintained and the hosts were easy to communicate with and made the check in and check out process so easy. Everything was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen, cozy family room and 3 good sized bedrooms, one with a master ensuite. The front porch is perhaps the most restful place I have every been. Rocking chairs, a giant porch swing/bed, screens to keep the bugs out (but didn't really have any issues when we were outside), and a view of the vineyard and distant mountains is nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed many hours just relaxing and enjoying the night sky and the only sound to be heard was the song of the night bugs chattering away. The best compliment I can give is that I would definitely return again and was genuinely sad to be leaving this mountain paradise.

Relaxing Family Vacay

Great location. Feels like you're out away from everything but really close to shopping and lots of eating places. Love that the town of Clayton is so dog friendly because our son and wife had their two dogs. There is so many eating places with patio sitting so we didn't have to always get food to go since the dogs were allowed on patio. The house was so cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. So much time was spent on the porch and out by the fire pit, where we played corn hole. The house had comfortable seating for everyone to watch TV. Most VRBO's we've stayed in have stiff sitting for watching TV and never enough to sit 5 comfortably. The big picture window was wonderful to enjoy the gorgeous view from inside the house. This was definitely one of our favorite VRBO's and we've stayed in a lot! If we are ever back in the area, it will be out first choice.

Tranquil, Relaxing Stay

This is our second visit to this wonderful house. It has a screened in porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee and listened to the birds while marveling at the beautiful scenery. It is close to Clayton, where we enjoyed wonderful food. Also, Tallulah Gorge is close by where we hiked to the waterfalls. The best part was going to Stonewall Creek Winery right below the house. The owners are great and the wine tasting was so much fun!! Can't wait to come back!!

We are just down in the valley as the owners of Stonewall Creek Vineyards. We escaped metro Atlanta and live in Rabun County full timesince 2018. We purchased this cabin recently from our neighbors to make it available for family, friends and visitors to the vineyard and beautiful Rabun County. Come experience what we experience every day!
