Views of the Manatee. Close to dining and Downtown Bradenton.
We purchased this house in 2021 as a full time rental. We decided we were going to renovate and in the process we really fell in love with this house and it's location. The house welcomes you with a bright Florida feel. We've decided that we are going to stay in the home next winter. In the meantime we have made this the best vacation home to share with guests. The home is bright with fantastic views of the Manatee River. We are close to a marina and several restaurants. Cross the Green bridge to get to downtown Bradenton with its Saturday Farmers market, all is pubs and restaurants. All within walking distance.
