Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is white instruction book with all the check out information, hanging on the main wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign the rental agreement. Do not use the firepit for cooking. No parties or events.. No pets allowed unless approved by the host
Quiet time after 10:00 pm. Please feel free to park in the driveway or on the street. If it snows, please park in the driveway only.
No eating in bedrooms. Wash any used dishes before checkout. Only registered guests are allowed.
