Welcome to Sum Beaches Paradise, your affordable, pet-friendly destination offering 3BR/2BA cottages in Navarre, Florida. Ideal for families, corporate, military travelers, and groups/retreats, we sit just across the causeway from the pristine, soft white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach. Our prime location is walking distance to excellent local dining, shopping, and the Navarre Park. Amenities include on-site boat parking, communal sand area with a tiki hut, grills, corn hole games, and a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.

My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed here while on vacation, and we were very happy with our stay! The cottage was clean and spacious. It had a home away from home feel to it. My kids really enjoyed the outdoor area and the swing. The cottage was much more relaxing than a hotel room and made our vacation so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Best Stay Ever!

We’ve rented from other locations between Pensacola and San Destin. This by far beats them all. Access to the beach was super simple. Shops, restaurants were all within walking distance. We are currently booking another trip!

Clean, Friendly, Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful experience! We loved the property- it was close to everywhere we wanted to go, the common area and rental were both so accommodating for our daughter and also our dogs. Linda was extremely friendly and communicative. We would 100% book again!

Family fun and relaxation

We had an amazing stay in Navarre Beach. This hideway was the best place to relax and unwind as we prepare for the hustle and bustle of our fall schedules. We enjoyed the proximity of the beautiful, tranquil beaches and saw amazing sea life from the Navarre Pier! Sea Turtles, Dolphins, and Stingrays put on a show. Linda was a gem of a Host! Our sisters vacay was excellent! The cottage was so precious, clean, decor was a beach theme and very comfortable. Location was so close to all the beaches and restaurants and the main strip! Nice stay at Sum Beaches Paradise

We had a really comfortable stay at cottage 3. They had everything we needed, including some fun games in the ottoman, all the kitchen essentials, and a nice quiet neighborhood experience. We will definitely come back next time we visit Navarre! Thank you, Linda, for always being available for questions and help. And thank you for the amazing key lime pie in the fridge!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

We absolutely live Navarre. This was our 4th year coming down for a vacation. First year not staying on the beach. With that being said, the cottage #3 was absolutely perfect for my two kids and I. We had everything that we needed. The host and property manager were both very friendly. They were easy to contact. We would definitely stay in the cottage again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay

Our group of 6, had the best time staying in Cottage 3. Our cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Corner shaded lot which was great, had room to park our boat trailer and 3 cars in the parking area. The tiki area out back was great for gathering and hanging out with friends. Very convenient location, 5 minutes to the beach! Our hosts were great and very accommodating. Key Lime pie was a special treat! Thank you so much for everything! Hope you will let us come back 😂

Awesome stay!!

This place was wonderful. The listing and the photos were exactly what you are getting. The fact that they allow dogs is a huge plus for us. Their common area that is shared between 9 units is AMAZING. It has a big fire pit, gas grills, yard games and a tiki hut. Best of all it was sand which made the dogs happy! Wonderful people to rent from and will definitely be back. If you are on the fence, just do it! Plenty of space for everyone!!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Great stay!

Our family of five had a great stay at this property. It was clean, quiet and the location was perfect! A quick drive to the beach-which has ample parking, groceries, restaurants, a great little ice cream shop. The staff was responsive and communication was great. My kids loved the tree swing and the community space was nice. Id love to see some extra amenities as the popularity increases- additional dishwasher tabs, community beach chairs/boogey boards, hangers in the closets, an iron/board...our family took pictures and I have to assume others do also- we left behind the $12 iron we bought. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay again. We've even talked with friends about renting out a couple of the units next year.

Loved the family friendly environment. Also great for a group of families or friends to all stay together and have their own space. Cabin 2 was comfortable (minus the acorns falling on the tin roof), well maintained, everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. Very close to Navarre beach, 30 min from downtown Pensacola and lots of great food options. We plan on returning!
