Take part in all the water activities, shopping, nightlife and music that NBTX & Gruene offers come home to all brand new top end appliances, beds and a comfy house to rest away the sun and fun. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask guests to start a load of white towels. However if they need to be treated for a spot please leave them out for housekeeping
It’s very important that you make sure the lid to the hot tub is on. Please double check this
If you brought a pet you will need to pick up the poo . We charge extra to do it for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If house is left unattended lock all doors and windows
Additional pet cleanup fee of $50 will be applied if needed
No loud or disruptive music - Quite hours 10Pm - 9 AM
