Welcome to your cozy and private basement escape—complete with a hot tub—perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and relaxation. Tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood, our beautifully furnished unit is just a short drive from the charming shops, restaurants, and attractions of Historic Main Street St. Charles.
Please note: Access to the unit requires walking along the side of the house and down a small hill.
Inside, you'll find a warm, welcoming space featuring:
A cozy living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV
A spacious bedroom with two king-size beds, a dedicated work space, and a second flat-screen TV
A full bathroom with tub and shower
A private hot tub just outside the entrance—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring
A kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and essentials for light cooking
A convenient washer/dryer combo for extended stays
Please Note Our House Rules:
No Pets Allowed. This unit is strictly not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors. A $250 fine will apply if violated.
Lost & Found: Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee, plus shipping costs.
Extended Stay: Stays over 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, which will be added manually after booking.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
