Towels: Leave all used towels in bundle on bathroom floor Bedding: Remove all pillow cases and place in bundle on bed with sheets and blankets
Keys: Return keys in lockbox on back door and scramble code
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Basement Access: Entry to the basement is prohibited for guest safety and privacy.
2. Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the rolling dumpster located outside on the back patio.
Do not park in the reserved handicap parking spot next door.

The place look just like the pictures. But please be aware of the issues the place has. This is a duplex no one lives in the other apartment but i kept hearing loud noises coming from upstairs. Most blinds in the house do not have strings on them to let them up or down. The main windown blinds had blinds missing and it was raised up so I had to put pillows in front to block anyone from looking in. The place is field with spiders webs and bugs. They would fly around at night. The oven doesn’t work you find that out after you already booked fyi. The shower pressure is so high it cause water to come out the shower. The shower head is broken that’s probably the reason. The tissue had mold on it. (Host claim it was new) The host sent someone to come by to bring me new tissue the first time it was my fault the guy didn’t bring it but everytime after she told me he was coming he never showed up. The host communication was so in/out even after having her phone number. I was going to extend but after telling my company the issues I had they just moved me.
