Welcome to La Casa Verde, our beautifully renovated Craftsman gem, nestled in the historic Dignowity Hill neighborhood. Originally built in 1925 and reimagined in 2023, our spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it a perfect retreat for families or groups. With 2,425 square feet of living space and a 600+ square feet raised deck, there's plenty of room to relax and make memories.

As you step inside, you'll appreciate the seamless blend of original details and modern upgrades. The open concept living and dining area creates a cozy ambiance for gatherings and quality time with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary treat, complete with stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink, where you can create delicious meals and lasting memories.

Our 4 bedrooms are inviting and comfortable, with plush memory foam mattresses and soft linens for a wonderful night's sleep. The 3 renovated bathrooms offer a haven of relaxation, showcasing modern fixtures and curated finishes. We tried to preserve as much of the home as we could during restoration. Among its original features are the pine-leaf flooring, wood windows, doors and trims, and exposed shiplap to highlight timeless craftsmanship.

Outside, you can relax on the porch and take a step back in time or enjoy the spacious .23 acre fully-fenced corner lot. For added convenience and peace of mind, our home offers private parking and security features to ensure our guests feel safe during their stay.

The location is unbeatable, with the Pearl District, famous Alamo, and vibrant downtown just a short drive away.
