I stayed here with my 2 small children for a week during the 4th of July celebration, and it was PERFECT! Despite sitting right above the Go Kart track, the rooms were very quiet and my babies were able to nap completely
This place was perfect for me and wife. Right down town close to local spots and close enough to walk to lifts. Nothing to fancy but for the price and location was a perfect fit.
We came to red river for a couples quick weekend trip.we were impressed by the coziness of this place! Everything was clean and well taken care of, we had a little trouble with the shower and the owner was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!
We've been to Red River numerous times, but never in the Fall. This was a nice little apartment for just the 2 of us and the town was quiet and slow paced! Overall it was an excellent stay.
Property is one of 4 rooms above store and needs some TLC. Outlet in bath didn’t work so it was difficult getting ready. Bed was squeaky and terrible. Light from balcony shines through broken blinds. Generic decor. Very clean and Host was nice
This was our second time staying in one of these rentals. The location is great. Less than two blocks from Platinum Chair and with a great view of The Face, which is especially great for Torchlight viewing. The room itself is no-frills, but very clean and everything you need for a basic stay to ski and enjoy the area!
Cozy little spot exactly as described right at the base of the mountain (about a 2 minute walk)! Perfect for a couple or a solo traveller. We couldn’t get the TV to work for us but honestly we were so tired from snowboarding all day that it didn’t even matter.
Perfect location! This property is right next to the lift with great views of the Face. It is cozy, clean and comfortable. The shower is a little small, but hey, I'm not too picky! I would definitely stay here again for a short trip to the slopes.
It was really cold during our stay. Our view from the room was perfect to watch the Torch and firework show, without having to stand out in the bitter cold. Debbie and Jay at Wild Bills at the Lift/Ski & Snowboard were amazing! Everyone that worked here was very helpful ( the two names are the ones that stuck with me) . Highly recommend this place for rentals and stay. They kept the stairs to our room ice free as well as the other walkway’s. The shower had great water pressure and ample hot water. Thank you guys for being so helpful and welcoming.
I loved the cozy feel of the room, and I appreciated the little loveseat for reading purposes. The only thing I don't remember seeing in the description was that the room was up a flight of stairs. I may have missed it, but I managed to make it work. There were great places to eat and shop nearby, and I would recommend this location.

Needs a little TLC
We had some problems with the room upon check in. We were told the regular cleaning person had an emergency, and I guess good cleaning people are hard to come by. Terrie dropped off some trash bags and extra towels the next day. The window screen is missing in kitchen, so we couldn't open that window much because there were a lot of bugs. The bottom front maintenance panel is missing on the fridge, and the toilet is loose from the floor. The bathroom stopper doesn't work. All cabinets are sticky where you open them because they need to be refinished. Closet bi-fold doors were so loose and out of adjustment, they were falling out of the track. We fixed them as best we could. Terrie was very nice and apologized for the unclean room. We were given a free coffee cup and offered a free night on our next trip, which was also very nice.

First, my sincerest apologies for a disappointing arrival and stay. Indeed it was a perfect storm of stumbles. I was out of town at the time of your stay. Normally, I walk through each room to ensure it is up to our standards. We take our reputation and our quality very seriously and the fact that our usual house keeper was not available should not have so negatively impacted the cleanliness of your room.
I appreciate your constructive criticism and we will use it to ensure another guest does not have the experience that you did.
I do hope you will visit again and take us up on the one free night we offered to make up for our mistake and that we will not disappoint you again.
Sincerely,
Lyn
The stars above are my rating I'm not interested in writing s**t. It was a good place and would recommend.

We have owned a business in Red River since 1991 and only recently decided to remodel living quarters on the back of our business to offer as nightly rentals. Our goal is to make these rooms feel like your home away from home. The balcony overlooks Red River Ski Area and the apartments are convenient to everything in town. Once you park your car, you can walk anywhere you want to go!
Why they chose this property
The area we are located in is called the Enchanted Circle. This place has a special feel and draws people in. My family had a cabin here for years; it was a lifelong dream to live here full time. Now we own a business here and are able to enjoy all the wonderful things New Mexico has to offer.
What makes this property unique
When you walk out your door, you will see gorgeous mountain views. We reside at nearly 10,000 feet. The mountain air is clean and crisp and the water is pristeen. The summers are lovely here, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 40's. A light jacket is always a good idea. In the winter, you have access to all manor of winter activities to enjoy, whether it is skiing or snowmobiling, or snowshoeing...or just relax with a good book and have hot chocolate on your balcony!
